Hints for installing a click & lock system
To install a clicksystem, you need to drill 3 holes of 8mm and 1 hole of 20mm.
Beware : the distance between the bottom hole and the bottom of the bag has to be at least 2,5 - 3 cm .Otherwise , it might be difficult to fix the bolt at the inside of the bag
- install the bracket on your bike;
- mount the clicksystem on the bracket;
- hold the saddlebag agains the clicksystem in order to define the best position of the bag on the bike;
- mark the position of the biggest hole (20mm for the lock of the clciksystem) on the backside of the bag and drill the hole..
- Adjust the position of the bag and define the position of the 3 smaller holes (for the bolts)
- Drill the holes for the bolts and mount the clicksystem
